Hello, My name is Chloe. I was born in South Korea and lived most of my life here in Southern California. I studied in NYC, at School of Visual Arts and have a BFA degree. I lived in New York City for 6 years. I studied graphic design, illustration and fine art there.

I love the nature, how tiny and massive, how beautiful and ugly it could be. I love making art about them. I made the title of this website, Why Flower? because I think it is important to question and wonder why we live in such a world. I think the questioning would work like your inner compass letting you know of your standing in this world. I’d like to think that I believe in the power behind what makes the flowers bloom. I believe that is my compass.
